Why hello,
I’m Daegan.
A Canadian born lawyer, married to a kiwi, with two Australian children currently stranded in Canada thanks to a pandemic.
I started sharing my health and fitness journey many years ago competing with the IFBB. Armed with a passion for health without the obession, my goal and vision is to create meaningful, authentic, educational and inspiring content that reflects an honest insight into my life. Going from a bikini competitor and full time lawyer to a globetrotting mom of two has been the best thing ever for my type A personality. From living in many different countries, I’ve learned to live in the moment, adapt and appreciate the little things. Slowing down, being present and believing less is more.

Our mission is to be the world’s leading plastic free, design focused personal care brand, revolutionising an industry that has a devastating impact on our planet.”
